I can't agree with that. They seem to fly about 20 different flags, plus numerous bastardizations of the US flag. I saw one rioter with one American flag patch with a rifle silhouette over it, and a few inches lower another American flag patch with a different image over it (I can't recall, but remember noting how freely they corrupted the flag). The rioter seen in Pelosi's office laid the American flag he'd been carrying on a damned filing cabinet to get his photo op with his feet up on her desk.

I feel that their disrespect for the flag, and their putting it on an equal footing with "Trump 2020 Stop the Bullshit" flags and other such idiocy means they haven't "captured" it. Actual loyal Americans can still fly it respectfully, it's our symbol and will never be theirs.

I saw a couple videos of his years ago and thought they were ok, but he seems to have the SNL problem of taking a mediocre joke and running it into the ground. For a while I thought he was poking fun at people that believed in whack-a-doo bullshit nonsense (as the videos I'd seen were mostly about spirity new-agey nonsense), but I'm no longer certain.

Gotta love how "communism" has come to simply mean "something I don't like." People have not done a good enough job complying with the voluntary recommendations that were made to protect everyone, so more draconian measures ended up being necessary to keep the hospitals from being even more overrun than they already are. You know, to reduce deaths. That's not communism, it's rational domestic policy. Funny how a lot of the people bitching about this "government interference with my freedoms" have a lot of overlap with those who are vocally "pro-life." They're literally fighting against policies meant to preserve life, on the basis of not wanting to be told what to do with their bodies, while also wanting to tell half of the population what they're allowed to do with their bodies. It's like a stupidity/hypocrisy onion, it's got layers!

What he’s talking about with rivers and fish and foreign funding is the appropriations bill that, at his direction, was joined to the COVID relief bill. They aren’t the same bill. He’s just too dumb to realize it, or at least hopes you are.

Republicans wouldn’t budge on giving people more, at first offering zero and just recently finally offering $600 as an absolute limit, Democrats said they’ll support his $2000 socialist handout and will vote it through this week. Makes you feel conflicted agreeing with the liberals, doesn’t it?

I care about election integrity, so I listen to professionals that know about it, not liars and demented conspiracy nutjobs. The only actual evidence based cheating caught in Pennsylvania were both Republicans voting as their own relatives.
