I Thought You Might Like Some Coffee
I've probably watched this movie more than 15 times. What happened to great spoof movies like this? All there is now is the garbage Jason Friedberg & Aaron Seltzer (Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet The Spartans) spew out and it makes me sick.
Historic Interview : Aaron Russo on the New World Order
I'm faimiliar with the Rockefeller family in world affairs, and that they were the first billionaires in america. also that they openly talk about trying to create a one world government (easy to find quotes).
BUT, i can find no real evidence that this 'Nicholas' Rockefeller actually exists.. Either Aaron Russo's making it up, OR they're so powerful that their family members can be untraceable or have different aliases etc.. dunno
ELP-Fanfare For the Comman Man
The rock legend is that ELP recorded this and then found out that an elderly Aaron Copeland personally held the rights to record and perform his composition. They visited the composer at his home and played a tape of their version for his approval. He was delighted and reportedly said that when he was composing the song in his head he dreamed it could have the kind of power and impact that the ELP performance had given it for the first time in the thousands of performances he had heard. Magnificent music.
Who said it: Bush or Batman?
>> ^wildsnaps:
I think that the opening music was "Fanfare for the common man", written by Aaron Copland and recorded, amongst others, by Emerson Lake and Palmer.
Not even close. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OLWgrr671g&feature=related
Sounds more like the theme music for Red vs Blue...
(EDIT) I'm terribly sorry wildsnaps, I thought we were talking about the very beginning music. You are more than correct on the episode's music. After watching once, I only listened to the first couple seconds.

There is NO LAW -- US Lawyer Not Guilty of Tax Evasion
This is what I've been telling people since I watched Aaron Russo's documentary on the same subject. But it's one of those things people refuse to believe when you tell them.
Moon County Presents: Bread Bowl
A quick perusal of the "Moon County" website reveals that one of its members is named Aaron. Coincidence? Probably not. Still, I'll let someone else pull the trigger.

Kermit the Frog - Hurt
I was gonna jump all over the comment that Cash wrote this song, but apparently it's already been done, and is an old comment. but just for clarification:
Nine Inch Nails (Trent Reznor) written in 1994. Released on Downward Spiral.
Johnny Cash covered in 2002. Released on American IV: The Man Comes Around.
Reznor is most definitely the author of this song, and Cash is not the first to cover it either.
Tori Amos frequently sang three or four lines of the song as an introduction to other songs during her Dew Drop Inn tour in 1996, most frequently "Caught a Lite Sneeze", and then again in 1998, as an improvisational bridge.
Breaking Benjamin
Sheryl Crow covered the Cash version on the television special Tribute to Johnny Cash.
Fightstar
Matthew Good, acoustic tour 2006.
Gregorian arranged the lyrics into a medieval Gregorian chant.
Kermit the Frog is featured in an unauthorized parody called "Sad Kermit".
Aaron Lewis of Staind covered the song during his 2007 Have Guitar, Will Travel solo acoustic tour.
Luna Amara
Jeff Martin
Montezuma's Revenge
Placebo, at the House of Blues in California in 2003.
Damien Rice, by inserting lyrics from the song into his live performances.
Underoath played it acoustic live
Sevendust did a cover as a tribute to Johnny Cash.
Howard Stern had his own version for his show, called "Private Hurt". He played the song while mixing in sound clips from his film Private Parts.
Westside Connection sampled the main riff for their song "The Gangsta The Killa and The Dope Dealer".

Just in case anyone wondered, the YouTuber uploader of this video is a 37 year-old Aaron McDonald - NOT the 18 year old we banned.
