"Wild is the Wind" by David Bowie
I was going to toss out some time around his "Low" tour, based on his dress. At least, this is virtually identical to when I saw him perform. I was kind of let down at first, having expected/anticipated a Ziggy Stardust kind of show.
But only at first...he quickly convinced me that appearance means little with Bowie.

David Bowie & Annie Lennox - Under Pressure
she's damn sexy. so is david bowie (weirdly), but they are 2 of the most androgynous figures in pop culture, even aside from ziggy stardust. watch more 80's mtv.
>> ^Payback:
Androgyny? I'm sure you only refer to Ziggy. I'm sorry, but when factoring in her voice, Annie is one of the sexiest women alive.
David Bowie's teeth over the years: close-up dental analysis
Looking Major Tom in the molars.
Could the artistry of David Bowie be tied somehow to the appearance of his teeth? That appears to be the subtext of the video. I find it interesting that Rolling Stone’s Alan Light feels that after Bowie cranked out not only Ziggy Stardust, but Hunky Dory, Low, Station to Station, etc., the one thing “holding him back” was a self-consciousness about his teeth. Hmm, by that logic…did cosmetic surgery beget Tin Machine?!

Wow, you are almost to 250. For some reason, I always thought your avatar was a Ziggy Stardust era David Bowie eye, but I guess I was wrong. http://www.ifc.com/music/indie-ear/ziggy.jpg
Blasted Mechanism - All the Way
Nice how they mix pop music with tribal melodies and a spiritual message..
Funny how just like the Portuguese, er, alien band Noidz
http://www.videosift.com/video/Noidz-Series-of-films they come from outer space..
The most well known band who also acts to come from outer space is GWAR, AFAIK.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GWAR And David Bowie had his Ziggy Stardust period.
Does anyone know more bands/musicians featuring aliens in their performances?
David Bowie - Life on Mars?
Ziggy Stardust was the first fully-fledged alter-ego adopted by David Bowie in his career. In 1972 Bowie took to introducing himself at concerts as Ziggy Stardust and his band as The Spiders From Mars.
