McCain Debates Self on Bush, Loses

Methinks some individuals need more flashy lights and Faux Newsesque graphics with waving flags to get a grasp on what is being discussed.

It isn't enough to just listen and blindly agree. What matters is whether one can listen, comprehend, and analyze what is being said.

Sit down. Relax. Open the ears. Turn on the light bulb in your head... and listen to each and every word said. Exercise that brain.

North Korean Mass Gymnastics

bamdrew says...

Reminds me of the Borg, from Star Trek, in which every individual has only the interest of the group in mind (hive mentality, like dag said).

Kim Jong-il is a visual man; he loves movies and visual arts, and is obviously a fan of putting up the appearance of prosperity and unity among his people. This is more sad than anything, because the government doesn't think of these people as children or young adults, but as his objects to control, all to give the phoney impression that North Korea is a wonderful place.

that said, the waving flag scene is pretty rad, as is the filming and editing for this clip.
