Uh oh…more Republican voter fraud, this time Trump’s chief of staff Mark Meadows, caught double registered, registered in states he didn’t live in or visit. Probably voted twice….exactly like Trump publicly told his voters to do.

Such dishonest constantly projecting fuckwits you people have become.

My mother didn’t leave the Republican Party, it left her. There are so many Republicans just like her….people that you still count on to vote Republican.

point of clarification

"lack of standing, meaning the campaign failed to show that it had suffered an 'injury in fact'"

Or in these circumstances, if there WERE a handful of people lets say 100, lets say they legit found 100 votes that were 100% fraudulent. In a space where they lost the vote by 20,000, 100 votes would not have caused injury or would not have changed anything.

Still if you look at even the numbers that they are claiming are frauds
(see below)
-----------------------
-----------------------
Here’s the breakdown of the ones they could verify and have been provided to the public.

42,000 people voted more than once
1,500 dead voters cast ballots
19,000 non-Nevada residents voted (number doesn’t include students and military)
8,000 people voted using non-existent addresses
15,000 votes were cast from commercial addresses or vacant houses
4,000 ineligible foreign nationals voted

that brings you to 89,500 votes

STILL you'd have to chop that 42,000 in half, because 1 of their votes would still count, so 89-21= 68,500 that they are even CLAIMING are fraudulent

Here's the problem
https://abcnews.go.com/Elections/2020-us-presidential-election-results-live-map/

even if u shift the 68,500 away - you can't assume that all of those votes that they're claiming are fraudulent are FOR biden - it's likely a mixed bag. HENCE the no injury-in-fact.

------------

But that's also assuming that the evidence they present is actually substantial and holds up to scrutiny

"[The judge] summarily dismissed its claims of voter fraud and request for an overturn of election results in a ruling on Friday, writing that the campaign’s evidence provided “little to no value” based on questionable or “unsound” methodology, adding that the evidence failed to show any “credible or reliable evidence that the 2020 General Election in Nevada was affected by fraud.”

-
If the evidence is so compelling, why can't i find it anywhere? "washed away?" Can't be that washed away, there's a court transcript that's easily readable. There's bits and pieces published on news sites, but the judges in 50 different states in the USA (many appointed by trump) and the supreme court too for that matter, didnt find anything presented to be compelling.

--------
SIDE NOTE
Did u watch Lombardi's ghost or whatever speaking at the super bowl? What do you think he meant by "...the courage and teamwork to triumph" The phrase jumped out at me, because it's not very encouraging. I mean I personally find it encouraging. But i guess a lot of people don't find talk like that encouraging, it's just a weird quote that doesnt make sense. It's like how do you get to the word "triumph" with the word "courage" --- that's just not very encouraging,,,some might say. It's like, what does he even do all day, TALK to the players to get them to do things? everyone knows that's not possible. Not encouraging. pffffft sorry i can't keep it up, yeah he incited the riot through encouragement.

Some were tossed for lack of standing, but most for lack of merit, which means their claims were baseless, had no evidence, no proof. The administration was given dozens upon dozens of opportunities to present evidence and proof in court to save their cases, they NEVER presented a single verified fact about election fraud, nor have they presented ANY to the public.

Watch Nancy Pelosi Rip Up Copy Of Donald Trump’s Speech

I expect nothing less from a [redacted] like yourself. Cranial rectosis is cureable, but you would miss the savory fecal flavor.

In the last 3 years Trump's mismanagement has added >$4 trillion to the debt during an inherited economic expansion, with a current deficit of well over $1 trillion per year and rising. Yes, the economy seems relatively strong, but my bank account would look great too if I put 1/3 of GDP on credit and didn't pay any off. America is turning around alright, problem is it was headed in the right direction before the turn. *facepalm

Hate to tell you, but Trump loses handily to all remaining candidates in polls, and not within the margin of error like with Clinton.

Great, yeah, they're still counting the lies, and the calculators are smoking from the effort. Presidential medal of freedom to an obese, racist, uncivil, uneducated, divisive drug abuser. Way to devalue our nation's highest honor to less than a happy meal prize. Only an America hater would call that great, Bobski.

America is turning around and winning. Democrats are pissed that they are on the losing side.

Worse yet is all the candidates with no chance of winning against Trump.

What a Great SOTU speech last night.

Paintball Flamethrower

moonsammy says...

I found some people talking about it in a forum, and one stated "It shoots a blend of paint from smashed and mixed paintballs."

Seems fairly legit really - still counts a paintball gun as long as it uses the same ammo.

Ghost in the Shell (2017) - Official Trailer

Mordhaus says...

I would say that Stalin, the Kin Jong's, Various African Tribal Genocides, and Pol Pot might disagree with your account of wholesale slaughter being reserved for the 'white' Europeans and their descendants. That is just to name a few. Also, what is a 'white' European? I mean the southern Europeans have quite a bit of Moorish blood in them, do they still count as 'white'?

All sarcasm aside, your argument is extremely flawed. Conquerors tend to lay waste to the societies they conquer, not always in terms of total lives lost, but in terms of cultural death. The reason why 'white' people are vilified for this lately is because for the past several hundred years they have been the ones expanding and taking over the regions you speak of. This is not exclusive to a skin color or originating locale, it is absolutely a core of our human nature.

I gave some examples earlier of non-European conquerors, but they are fairly recent. If we look in history at other groups, we find the same meme. The Steppe Horse Tribes were BRUTAL to cities and countries that did not capitulate. Look up "Measuring against the linchpin". That saying came from the fact that if you resisted Mongol rule, they would slaughter every male taller than the linchpin of a wagon wheel. The Aztecs and Mayans ruled southern American empires through great brutality, including human sacrifice for 'religious' purposes. Recent discoveries even indicate that it was considered a good omen if the sacrifices were crying in pain before they were to die. Remains recently found showed "All shared one feature: serious cavities, abscesses or bone infections painful enough to make them cry."

Slavery originated as early as human recorded history, if not sooner. Slavery can be traced back to the earliest records, such as the Code of Hammurabi (c. 1760 BC), which refers to it as an established institution. Slavery is rare among hunter-gatherer populations. Mass slavery requires economic surpluses and a high population density to be viable. Although slavery in some form or another existed in most European countries, it wasn't until after contact with the Arabic African slave traders that it soared in the 15th and 16th centuries.

tl;dr

You are referring to recent history to make an example while completely ignoring THOUSANDS of years of similar history. All humanity is flawed, narrowing it down to a singular group with cherry picked data is not going to persuade anyone with a brain.

Do I have to make a list? On every continent white people visited (if you can call showing up and not really leaving a visit) we fucked up the lives of a good portion of the people living there.
Sure, mankind has always been cruel, in every corner of the earth. However, white people are to murder, theft and slavery what Coca Cola is to refreshing diabeeetus (yes, that's how it's spelled). A fucking international enterprise whose traces can be found everywhere. On every fucking continent.
I hope we can agree on that. Otherwise, here's a short list: Gippsland Massacres, Nagasaki, Opium Wars, My Lai Massacre, fucking Iraq, Crusades, Apartheid, Herero and Namaqua genocide, that whole Columbus mess, Trail Of Tears and transatlantic slave trade (because why the fuck not?). Oh, my bad, I forgot the freaking Holocaust and starting 2 World Wars.
Who does this? Who? White people, that's who. Europeans and their descendants.
Would you like to argue that level of evil is genetic? I won't.
It's cultural. We europeans (and later our emigrated offspring) always thought we're better than everybody else, we had god on our side (and the Pope agreed!). Probably a leftover from the Roman Empire. And that's why everywhere we go, we steal, murder or occupy the shit out of every place. No other collection of ethnic groups has so much blood on their hands and it's not because we're worse DNA constructs than the others. All humans are capable of evil, it just takes a certain way of thinking to go that far.
Thankfully, we wrecked our own continent so badly during WW2, that we finally started to improve our ways. But here's the problem: we just started. We're far from being done.
Orban, LePen, Farage, Putin, Petry and last but not least Trump.

We usually get a few weeks right at or below freezing...but last year barely a few days (nights) reached freezing, and back up to mid 50's during the day.
I have a greenhouse, I'll try a few in pots I can put inside when it freezes.
Another problem we have is lack of sun. Our local airport (Arcata) was built to train pilots for fog landing, being the most consistently foggy place in the U.S.. there's little I can do if we have a foggy year.
The pineapple is in a 1/2 barrel that I brought inside for winter. The pineapple took 18 months to ripen, and was 8 bites in total, but that still counts imo. ;-)

oritteropo said:

If you could grow a pineapple you should be able to grow oranges and lemons. We have roughly socal weather here, and have no problems with either... but it never freezes here. You would need to protect the tree from freezing if you have temperatures much below 0°C for more than 10 hours at a time (google didn't answer that question for nocal, my query must've been off) but planting against a south facing brick or stone wall would help if it's marginal (obviously we'd be using a north facing wall).

p.s. worked out the right query, and nocal looks ok on the coast, and even OR and WA, but going further north to BC looked a bit iffy... but then people do manage it - http://www.5dollardinners.com/oranges-from-canada/

If Meat Eaters Acted Like Vegans

transmorpher says...

I used to be a vegetarian, longer than I have been vegan, for nearly 10 years, because I was under the wrong impression of needing protein from eggs, milk and cheese to live healthy.

I came to the conclusion that as a vegetarian I'm still contributing to needless animal suffering, because it turns out that the dairy and egg industries are the two cruelest businesses out of all of them, and even then they are closely tied to meat production.

Male chicks being thrown by the bucket load into blenders and grinders because they are no use. The egg laying hens in the dark to save electricity costs, inside cages where they cannot move, or have fencing for a floor. Wings clipped, beaks chopped or burnt off. When they stop laying or collapse from exhaustion they get killed for meat anyway.

It's the same for the dairy industry, horns cut or burnt off, if they're born male they get turned into veal. Female cows constantly impregnanted to force milk production until they stop or collapse, then get turned into meat anyway.

I don't think I've called anyone a murderer, torturer or rapist. But people seem to love telling me that I do.

If anything I would be calling you an accomplice, since I doubt you are the one doing it. I wouldn't be doing it to make myself feel better, I'd be doing it because it's true. You're paying someone else to torture, and kill totally unnecessarily - There is no reason to eat any animal product for the majority of people on this planet.

I've put this out there in the past, and it still counts - if anyone can give me one good logical reason to eat any animal product, I'll eat a raw bloody steak on youtube.

Payback said:

That's pretty selfish and indicative of the main problem normal people have with vegans. You pontificate about your lifestyle, and how much better you are, and how we're murderers, and all we see is the extreme narcissism.

Vegetarians go plant-based for health, and/or for empathic reasons, whereas vegans are merely making a self-aggrandizing political statement.

Elizabeth Warren's First Banking Committee Hearing - YES!

Sagemind says...

Yes, absolutely, the meteor in Russia was a major event. And people got hurt.
It's big news to those among the injured (superficial wounds that most of them were - but still important) and it's important to meteorologists & astronomers.

Interesting to the rest of us, yes. but not important to me in the sense that it doesn't affect me. It doesn't. Nor does it affect the majority of the world.

But the world economy affects everyone. The stuff that is going on now will not just affect us today and tomorrow but far into the future. These are events that can change the outlook of society.

So as I promote this one lonely video that was in danger of being overlooked Vs. the more than numerous (and still counting) videos surfacing this morning concerning the event in Russia. I am not being facetious, but I am being poignant.

direpickle said:

I think you're being facetious--but just to make sure. The meteor broke a bunch of windows and ~1000 people got cut by the glass. Pretty much any newsworthy thing outweighs it. It's just a neat spectacle.

Totally agree that this is super important, though.
