When Driver And Co-Driver Don't Mesh
wtfcaniuseI've heard all of them watching AU/NZ rally driving. As a few others said there are no strict conventions and some drivers prefer their own terms or make up new ones while scouting.
Also the video is ~4yrs old.
The co driver calls are not really correct. I have never heard the terms he is using in a professional rally. He should be shouting the direction left/right followed by a numbering system from 1-6 where 1 is the sharpest. The other 3 calls are square, hairpin and acute.

nanrodWhen I was cub scout age in Calgary a guy from the left hand side of the normal distribution decided to test the safety of the ice on the Glenmore Resevoir by driving his VW Beetle onto it. It was safe for skating but not for cars.
