Logical Evidence That God Can Not Exist
>> ^xxovercastxx:
Wow, so much solid logic only to throw it all out the window at the end.
P1 is a universal negative, but at least he spends a lot of time arguing for its likelihood.
P2 is flawed as it's based on P1, but otherwise would be fine.
P3 actually contradicts what he spends nearly the whole video arguing, that nothing ever actually begins or ceases to exist. Oops.
P4 is solid so long as you accept the flawed logic it's based upon.
P5 is fine.
At some point here he denies the antecedent, a logical fallacy. Accepting his arguments, he has successfully argued that God did not create the universe, but it does not logically follow that God does not exist as a result. He would have to put forth an argument that shows God can not exist without having been the creator of the universe. At best he simply fills one of God's gaps.
He has a follow-up video that addresses this. The premises are not a reflection of....well just watch the video he can explain himself better than I can. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmeZ_BAWAhQ

Black & White - Intro
One of my very favorite games of all time. A DAMN shame it was only 5 levels, and the multiplayer aspect was pretty limited - the last day the lobby servers were up was probably the most active day in years of release.
The final patch added support for the P5 glove, but I could never get it to work because it was always looking for a P5 support library at run time and would crash before the game began.
The sequel was pretty good, but I liked how more open the first felt. I would always turn evil, but encourage my creature to be benevolent. What can I say, I have a thirst for young female virgins (you get a TON of prayer power by sacrificing female child, and less energy for sacrificing boys or adults males or females - enough prayer power for quite a few miracles.). It's about the only way to both manage your populations and keep your prayer energy stocked. Kind of convenient too, the game gives you a Daycare building to pilfer whenever you needed a quick jolt of juice.
The game required a lot of attention to micromanagement details, though. If you let your worshipers go too long with out attention, they'll eat all their food, and pray themselves to starvation and death... These details were smoothed over in the second game, which doesn't require as much attention to detail, and improves the process of training your creature and shaping it's behavior (which was REALLY hit or miss in the first game).
The main strategic secret is to make all your disciples female (all female farmers, lumberjacks, builders, etc...), except for breeders, which should all be male.
