I'm sure the "bastard calves" could be converted into organ donors, or perhaps reduced to a material suitable for paving roads with.

It's great exactly as it is. There wasn't any arterial spray when he cut into his chest, so it's not an all-out gorefest. Just enough blood and organs to grab your attention. Perfect.

And besides, the heart was so big that it had to be a cow heart. If they really wanted to drive the point home they should have used a real human heart. I think any organ donor would be happy to know that his heart was being put to good use in a music video.
