Oh well .. after talking to you dag and lucky about it I guess I just lost my mind:

honestly enough is enough ..

Shit. Well, we'll just have to keep a watchful eye on him for now then. I'll continue to check on his voting record, and if it continues as it does for much longer we will have a better case for banination. I won't vote for his videos anymore, so hopefully that will keep him from getting his bronze star.

Thanks for pointing this out to me.

I did contact dag when the snuff clip was submitted and he did discard it.
I also contacted lucky about the MrFisk connection but he replied they must just be friends etc ..
but to me it's obvious when you look at his upvotes .. they are all for MrFisk. And the 2 videos he has submitted MrFisk has voted them up within a few minutes of them being queued. Obviously something is wrong with that. Even if they are friends you're supposed to vote on the video .. not the person .. and anyone who looks at http://www.videosift.com/member/DrAlcibiades/votedup can see that isn't the case.

I'm going to ask dag or lucky how to proceed with this one, but I'm leaning towards a * ban.

I gotta tell ya man .. it's really depressing when this guy get's as many votes for this:

as I do for the first ever screen test of Marlon Brando ..

and the fact that he is obviously a sock puppet for MrFisk or at the very least someone who is voting for his vids based on who he is rather than what he submits. And who MrFisk votes for also.

Brilliant Blockbuster Ad

9: Say hello to my little friend - Al Pacino in Scarface
10: Stella! Stella! - Marlon Brando in Streetcar named Desire
11: I'll have what she's having - When Harry met Sally
12?: The sound effect of the guy sharpening the knife sounded an awful lot like the psycho shower scene music.

When I watched this there was a banner ad directly below the video (google ad, I think) which linked to this site. Awesome.

Actually, given the content of the video, I sort of thought the ad might send me to NAMBLA when I clicked it. Not that I want to join NAMBLA or anything. Maybe the South Park version, you know - North American Marlon Brando Look-Alikes. Just need to bulk up a bit first.

Look, Up In The Sky! - The Amazing Story of Superman!

silvercord says...

Look, Up in the Sky! The Amazing Story of Superman is a documentary film from executive producers Bryan Singer and Kevin Burns which details the history of the Superman franchise, from comic book, to television, to the big screen. The story of Superman is told through archival footage, as well as interviews with many of the actors, directors, and producers involved with the Superman media over the years. The closing credits feature outtakes from the Christopher Reeve Superman films, including an outtake of Marlon Brando improvising during the recitation of a poem in a scene deleted from the original version of Superman II.

The documentary was released on DVD on June 20, 2006, shortly before the theatrical release of Superman Returns. A two DVD Best Buy exclusive Limited Edition version was released the same day (extra material on the second disc included Bryan Singer's video journals and 5 official Superman movie poster mini-prints). A shortened version of the documentary was played on A&E on June 12, 2006. Finally, it (along with Singer's video journals) was included as part of the 14-disc box set release, The Ultimate Superman Collection, in November, 2006.

Look, Up in the Sky! features interviews with the following personalities.

Those directly associated with Superman: * Dean Cain (Clark Kent/Superman, Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman) * Gerard Christopher (Clark Kent/Superboy, Superboy) * Jackie Cooper (Perry White, Superman: The Movie) * Richard Donner (Director, Superman: The Movie) * Alfred Gough and Miles Millar (executive producers and creators of Smallville) * Margot Kidder (Lois Lane, Superman: The Movie) * Bill Mumy (Tommy Puck, Superboy) * Annette O'Toole (Lana Lang, Superman III; Martha Kent, Smallville) * Brandon Routh (Clark Kent/Superman, Superman Returns) * Ilya Salkind (Executive Producer, Superman: The Movie) * Bryan Singer (Director, Superman Returns) * Lesley Ann Warren (Lois Lane, It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman[1])

Those not directly associated with Superman: * Mark Hamill (played The Joker in animated incarnations and comic book fan) * Stan Lee (Marvel Comics heroes' co-creator) * Gene Simmons (musician and comic book fan) * Adam West (Bruce Wayne/Batman, Batman TV series)

Kevin Spacey (who also played Lex Luthor in Superman Returns) narrates the documentary. Mumy and Hamill are also credited as consultants on the documentary.

Marlon Brando "I coulda been a contender!" On The Waterfront

gwaan says...

This is the iconic scene from Elia Kazan's "On the Waterfront" in which Terry (Marlon Brando) delivers his brother Charlie a heartfelt scolding. "I coulda had class... I coulda been a contender, instead of a bum, which is what I am - let's face it."

This is often listed as perhaps the greatest scene of acting in a motion picture, and gained more popularity after Martin Scorsese's "Raging Bull," which featured Jake LaMotta (Robert De Niro) reciting the scene word-for-word in his dressing room.

'Kajra Re' (kohl-lined eyes) - Bollywood hit - Aishwarya Rai

conan says...

They don´t sing for themselves. I was very dissapointed when i found out after starting indian films. But nevertheless, it´s great cinema when you give it a chance.

BTW: Big B. (Amitabh Bachchan) was voted "superstar of the millenium" by the BBC, second was Alec Guiness, third Marlon Brando. He also is the host of indian "who wants to be a millionaire"...

If you want to see more try "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham", imho THE bollywood movie, starring all the big names.
