Chico's comedic piano style has been a huge influence on me -- this scene in particular; and the one where Harpo trashes a piano playing Rachmaninov, rips out the innards and plays it like a harp. I don't play the piano, but if you watch me type... Pecking with style.

i'd categorize it as *dark *horrorshow *greatness

and maybe the 5th time that harpo speaks.
though i like that you never see him do it.

I bought a cat from a pound once that looked just like that, steel kennels are the norm.

ironically, it was Harpo..the cat mentioned before that I had put down for him being violent

Pinky, Burger...there must be something with orange cats I swear. I had one, Harpo. He was totally out of his mind. Wouldn't let anyone mess with him but me. When I got married he tried to take my husband out. Sadly I had to put him down he was so violent. Couldn't risk him around the kids.

I remember a variation of this in an I Love Lucy episode (with Harpo), but I've never seen the original until now. Good stuff!

Harpo pretends to be Groucho.

My favorite moment in any movie scene EVER is when Groucho does his spin...the Marx Brothers were so brilliant.
