Bulldog Has Incredible Reaction To Actress In Trouble
My guess is that the value of a few calories would depend on whether the dinosaurs were warm- or cold-blooded. A cold-blooded lizard or snake can last a lot longer on a small meal than a warm-blooded human.
The debate on whether or not actual dinosaurs were cold-blooded is still open, as far as I know. My favourite point in the argument is that all dinosaurs alive today (i.e. birds) are warm-blooded but perhaps it was exactly that adaptation that let them survive through the mas extinction.
Looking at the predatory dinosaurs in the film, there's no hint of feathers (so they're unlikely to be actual t-rexes), which to me points towards the idea that they're cold-blooded and so a small morsel would sustain them a while.
As for three of them getting involved, to me they're also being opportunistic at the chance of getting Kong. He seemed comfortable enough handling one, but it was definitely not a given. He acted very wary of two of them, so a third joining should really swing things in the dinosaurs' favour. However, it looks like Kong was holding back, and really let things fly when the odds were against him.
So these giant lizards that require a great deal of calories to sustain themselves.... [...]
The Decade of the EV
On this one, Bob, assuming you are not being ironic, I totally agree with you. Most people drive about 11.5 miles each way to and from work--and most cars used for non-work go less distance. Range for at least one car in a family isn't really the hang up.
A Tesla Model X (just to pick one) goes 0-60 in around 3.8 seconds. 3.8 seconds is ridiculous fast. The Plaid variant does it in 2.5 seconds. The fastest internal combustion engine I've ever personally lived with did/does it in 5.9. Thus, moms hauling groceries can flatten the bags against the rear hatch about twice as fast as me. I am a poser lol.
The F-150 pick up is rumored to do it..4.4 seconds. Good grief. The load will fly out of the bed.
Those are FUN vehicles.
The ICE era is ending.
This is the decade of the EV.

Mom Reads Sexually Explicit School Library Book to Board
Ah yes... Reminds me of when I saw my first Playboy magazine at the barber shop. They didn't even show the Penis-Fly-Trap back then.
Mom Reads Sexually Explicit School Library Book to Board
Poor Cameron. She might let you sink but she wont let you fly.
Dont like the book dont read it. Is it good? Is it bad? Oh it mentions sex? You know what, sex exists! And you know it does after you are at least about 12 or 13 so you certainly should read a book or something. By 18 it might actually be too late.
I have this memory of a beach in England where I was playing with some other kids in the sand and a turn in the coversation suddenly made them ask to see my dick. I pretended not to understand, they asked louder so I ran away from them because they were weird. 10yo kids know dicks exist.
Edit: Its just a book.
12K Illegal Immigrants Live Under Bridge In Del Rio, Taxes
They're not "illegal immigrants" if they're refugees. Refugees are leaving another country seeing refuge because they are in danger. It's a legal (hence, not illegal) policy adopted by the united states post WWII because we decided after the fact that we didnt take in enough jewish refugees seeking asylum before the holocaust.
Simply calling these people illegal flies in the face of US law. You, sir, are being anti-American when you falsely claim something is illegal when that is simply not the case.

And how exactly is it Biden's fault that there was a crazy hurricane that hit Haiti following a deadly attack on their president?
Removal of Asian giant hornet 'murder hornet' nest
You know a bug is going to be badass when it sounds like an A-10 on a strafing run... Man those things are HUGE and it's scary to think they've made their way over to Canada (so far just BC).
I'm usually all for live-and-let-live but certain things like mosquitos, deer flies, ticks, and now murder hornets can just f*ck off.

Arthur C. Clarke predicts the future in 1976

No flying cars but instead we got woke kiddies shaming people on the Internets.
America really flew the U-2 spy plane off aircraft carriers
Unconvinced.
Why would they try to land on an aircraft carrier, breaking the plane every single time by scraping the wingtips off on the deck? In air refueling means it would never be required, and a total lack of stealth makes it just stupid, landing strip width makes it incredibly difficult to land a plane over 3 times the wingspan of an F16, especially one as in precise and hard to fly as a u2….and impossible to store off the deck, making the carrier useless until the U2 was removed.
On land they had chase cars that drove under the wings at landing, installing the wheels and/or keeping the tips off the ground.
Not trusting this internet source…beware unknown sources.
There’s a reason there wasn’t one shot of a successful landing, the best they had was a 3 point landing with the wing as point 3. At best this was a failed test, not a functional program.
C-17 low pass flyover between buildings in downtown Brisbane
20 yrs.![](https://videosift.com/vs5/emoticon/frown.gif)
And "Giant Plane Flies Too Close To Buildings" is the correct title.
Y'know, right before the 20th anniversary of 9/11, that might not be the most appropriate thumbnail.
Fish Falls From the Sky and Slams Into Car
At this point I think the case can be made that it was a flying fish or it wasn't a flying fish.

The Plane That Will Change Travel Forever
You mean THIS design from 1938 Popular Mechanics?
https://www.popularmechanics.com/flight/airlines/a33955602/flying-wing-of-the-future/
We've been told this design is the future for closing in on 100 years now. This is not innovative unless you're Amish, and even then you won't use it because you'd be Amish. Also you wouldn't be on the internet... because you're Amish.
AirVenture 2021 Opener Flies the BlackFly
Finally flying cars! which are basically just XXL drones.
Hope they come with a parachute
