U.S. military and Australian govt racism in WWII

It was not only the U.S. military who treated African American soldiers badly in WWII. Australian Prime Minister Curtin showed the same disregard for human rights and dignity, by initially refusing entry of black soldiers onto Australian soil, stating that it went against the immigration policy of the time, the "White Australia Policy".
