Emotional scene from 'In The Name of The Father' which was based on the true story of how the Guildford four had confessions beat out of them, using new anti-terror laws. They were sentenced to life as well as Conlon's father who died in prison.

The original Judge really did say that wished he could give them the death penalty. He also presided over the Maguire Seven trial who were also found guilty of possessing the nitro-glycerine used in the bombs.
