Huge Explosion (confirmed Attack) in Oslo 22.07.2011

Twitter is heating up.
(Reuters) - A huge explosion damaged government buildings in central Oslo on Friday including Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg's office, injuring several people, a Reuters witness said. The blast blew out most windows on the 17-storey building housing Stoltenberg's office, as well as nearby ministries including the oil ministry, which was on fire.

"One minute NRK (national media like BBC) reported two explosions and then a moment later they retracted. So far no reports of deaths just injuries but again no figures as to how many."

Users on Twitter also described sheer panic.

"I fear that many 100s could be dead. Poor poor poor guard that worked in the first floor. :(:(," one local trader posted on Twitter.

He added later: "There has not been any more blasts in Oslo after the one. It is confirmed that it was indeed a bomb."
