This is a charged reading in response to the sub-prime lending crisis. Dr. Rev. Eugene Barnes reads a prepared rebuttal to the Bush plan which he believes favors large lenders.
Barnes speaks for an Illinois community ravaged by the loans, and calls for regulation and legal <remedies> favoring the <people with loans> http://www.ntic-us.org/
