See what a slimy f*cker this guy is as he thanks an obviously enraged woman just to wind her up. His predecessor said about him ""He is the best, the most skillful, the most devious and the most cunning" and that guy was only a hopeless corrupt who was once tried in relation to IRA gun running (never convicted, theres a shock), and he thought this guy was dodgy....
