Witnesses testified on how the greenhouse effect will change the global climate system and possible solutions.
Carl was right, the 80’s were the time to effect change that matters, now the best we can do is mitigate the disastrous present and apocalyptic future. The science was undeniable by honest people even before then.
It’s unbearably sad how little has changed in our response.
