Y'no what an budget freeze is? It's an austerity thing. Like scrooge giving you a bag of coal and telling you it has to last all winter. Not because you are freezing, but because scrooge gets to control costs, the figures in the book are frozen. Not even Ron Paul wanted a freeze. he wanted to dismantle programs... there's a difference right? Anyhow this freeze and the Bernanke getting confirmed with Democratic votes this is just another low blow against the people of the USA.
