Of course, Rasmussen is known to have a deep (R) bias, as every one of their 2008 polls showed them to be a crazy outlier. But absolutely noone, even by Rasmussen's standards, has this kind of polling against Obama.

But, Republican and Teabagger voters are fucking idiots who vote against their own interests, and Ron Paul will never get the nomination. Which is an incredible shame, because I think that kind of match up would be the best thing for this country and our political system. McCain was no match for Obama, which is why we could see/hear so many incredibly outrageous platitudes and promises from Obama's platform. Things a lot of us knew were just pie-in-the-sky, never happen in a million years, type shit. Because he knew McCain couldn't fight him through realistic, well thought out (or even thought out at all) arguments.

But Paul, with such a strong grasp of economics and policy, could bring Obama down to earth, and maybe make him a stronger candidate.
