Celebrities Freaking Out Over Meeting Other Celebrities
Where's J. Law been lately? I quite like her as an actress.
Love how Adam Scott's hands were shaking at seeing Luke Skywalker.
Mark Hamill vs. The Joker
Luke Skywalker seems to be a genuinely amazing human with a great sense of humour. He grew up to be a fine man. *promote
Heart - Magic Man Live
Ah, interesting... very different & spirited vocal from Ann Wilson. Cool stuff. And yet - although Ann Wilson is singing live - the rest of the band is faking along to a pre-recorded backing track. Not uncommon in those days for TV guest spots. (And, of course, de rigueur along with "vocal support track" for any aspiring ingenue pop star these days.)
Also, check out Luke Skywalker, faking it on lead guitar! Complete with, uh, some sort of concealed light saber weapon...
Tara Strong on Vine: "My Puddin' with Mark Hamill"
I'd be interested to find out which character made him more money, Luke Skywalker, The Joker, or Kenneth W. Dantley Jr...

Who was the best Star Trek Captain? (User Poll by gorgonheap)

I always love how Luke Skywalker brings The Joker to life.
Kid reacts to 'Empire Strikes Back' reveal!!!!

First of all, I also named my son Luke (after Luke skywalker), and then brought him up as a sci-fi, comic book, fantasy kid but from what I'm seeing, it may have backfired on me as Anime is slowly creeping in from his friends. It's like I have no control any more.
He's now ten, and although he still likes all the fanboy stuff I introduced him to, he's now expanding into stuff I know nothing about. First Bakugan, then Yu-Gi-oh, Pokemon and now something else that I don't know anything about(un-named because I don't know the name.
I think I've created a monster

I never saw any of these until I was a grown ass man, so I don't have any fond childhood memories of them, but I'm quite eager, if I'm being honest, to let my boy watch them when he's old enough. I'm planning on manipulating him into a sci-fi, comic book geek as he grows up.
(I just hope he doesn't find this comment when he's older and discover what I've done to him.)
P.S. The kid's dad must really be a Star Wars geek to have named is son Luke.
Sounds to me like it's time for you to start learning from him. That's the only way to level the playing field.
I've never watched much anime, but I've been trying to get into it recently in preparation for my son's future geekdom.
