AAAhahahah!
Sad but true, at least we can find humor in the tragedy that corporations in this country can make terrible business decisions and not have to suffer the consequences.
Around here with the price of gas down to $1.50 a gallon people have pulled out their land yatch's. Infact its rare I see a car anymore, so if people are too stupid to understand driving those behemoths was part of what caused the high prices in the first place, maybe they'll be stupid enough to start buying them in large masses again.
We should kick our Congress in the nuts.
/\Congress has a cooter.
AS funny as this is, it's complete bullshit.
This is no different than someone making a completely useless invention (see: treadmill on wheels) and when they lose their life savings because no one wants it, they get free money from the government.
Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)
This is not bullshit. This is socialised industry. As lefty as I am, I can't get behind this. I hope the US government gets a hefty stake in the companies for this bail-out, and I hope they require them to convert to electric. I also hope they work on some kind of auto-drive convoy system.
I'd rather they spent the money on mass-transit.
I still want to know where my bailout is. I made bad decisions in getting heavy government student loans, and I want that debt paid off by you, the taxpayer.
^Yeah, I'm still looking for $30k in finishing funds for my film.
