LadyBugsays...i like to people watch at the mall!
ambassdorsays...did these people know they were being filmed? cause if not, then shouldn't this film maker be in jail doing hard time for violation of privacy?
LadyBugsays...hard time?? not quite ... there are certain rules for taking photographs or videotaping strangers ... general rule of thumb people may be videotaped without permission.
This may be done if the following conditions are met:
1. The taping is done in a public place.
2. No attempt is made to hide the fact that a recording is being made.
AwesomeSaucesays...Michelangelo's David is quite an amazing masterpiece. I would like to actually go to that museum and see it someday.
Unsung_Herosays...I like how you can tell exactly "what part" of the statue the people were looking at... Eyes glance down and "yup there it is"... look back up at face, "i wonder if it is still showing" Glances down... "yeah there it is" ... Looks back up
Ha Ha, Super Stuff
deathcowsays...ambassdor are you from America? We have the right to operate cameras in public. Of course, this video was filmed in Europe I am not sure when a "release" is required.
dagsays...Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag.(show it anyway)
Although you often are not allowed to take pictures on private property. I tried to take a picture in a McDonalds in LA and the manager and the assistant manager both came out and told me I couldn't.
They looked like they wanted to rip the film out of my camera.
antsays...LadyBug: You like looking at guys in the mall. [grin]
