Well the galaxies are full of stars!

The Sun = 1 of 600,000,000,000+ stars in our single galaxy.

The universe is estimated to contain 500,000,000,000 galaxies.

Even if each star only has one world, that's 300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 chances for life... in THIS single universe.
