Once again it's an example of American media refusing to say anything even vaguely controversial unless it's something so lop-sided that no one in the whole country would disagree with them and use it as a pretense to not buy that pair of Nikes they saw during commercial break...

Professional interviews have nothing to do with what anyone thinks is right or wrong. The anti-gay protestor was immediately attacked before she spoke a word...a clear lack of open minded professionalism (and intelligence to respect other beliefs).

i saw another clip of this lady and the abc(?) reported tearing into her too. i don't think it's so much as unprofessionalism as it is an uncontrollable urge to defend the men and women that fight for this country. the reporter in this clip went a little overboard (ratings) but like i said, i've seen it on another channel as well, and it got just as heated. a little more controlled, but a passionate arguement nonetheless.

It's so odd that so many people seem to think that this nutcase bible thumper deserves "professionalism" from that reporter. I interpret that attitude as veiled homophobia. If she were interviewing a racist or sexist, just about everyone would stand and cheer; but, since it's about gays, people immediately back away and say, "Well, it's her First Amendment right...let her speak."

I really enjoyed this interview and I applaud the interviewer for having such a pretty face. Anyone know her name? Rrrrrrrr. Oh, I also really enjoyed her passionate style of interviewing. It's pretty hard to interview someone objectively about a subject that is disgustingly offensive to the core of most people.

As a result they pretend to be a news station, but take their orders directly from the Bushites.

Yes Fox News is really like that. Unbelievable isn't it? They are not a news station. The are a propaganda outlet. They invite their opponents like the Church Lady for an "Interview". Then they do what this lady did. They shout at them, verbally harrass and abuse them, cut them off, call them names and basically beat them up on air in front of the camera.

That is the first time I have ever seen the interviewee come off on top. Usually the interviewee is reduced to tears by the attacking news person, or they are cut off if they show that they are competent about their subject matter and personally unflappable.

Fox News is zionist propaganda outlet whose job is to do just what the church lady said. Promote degradation, pornography and sin in order to destroy America. That Church lady is right. Did you ever wonder if all that gay is good stuff was real? Or if it was just propaganda you were brainwashed into believing? Like WMD in Iraq?

I want to thank the news reporter for fighting back to the religous "bimbo". Even though the news reporter may have said things that are unprofessional I feel that she had to do that to stand up against people that beleive in hate. I wish that people will only commend the news person for her great act.

As for the religous "bimbo" her beleifs are appalling and disgusting. Even though she does have the right to freedom of speech it is a terrible thing to protest against gays and lesbians at a funeral. However it is even worse when the the funeral is for a person that did a wonderful and noble thing by serving their country.

I hope the religous "bimbo" will now be shunned upon. And I hope that least one of her 11 children (8 boys and 3 girls) is a homosexual. You know, statistics show that 1 in 10 people is either gay, lesbian, or transgendered.
