Youthful acoustic cover of "Semi-Charmed Life"

I originally found this in an attempt to annoy my officemate at work, but I ended up really enjoy it and don't think it's "terrible". This kid had the guts to take what he knew (three chords!) and just go with it. I've taught plenty of students who knew much more and still wouldn't just play a song.

He explodes the 4/4, but it just reminds me of the old Appalachian country songs where the form fit the lyrics and not vice versa.
