It would be a smaller section of a larger video. Technically... dupe.

These dupe discussions have been had before. The focus of the video is different. I'm not posting a compilation. I'm highlighting one crash.

This is no different to say someone posting an entire 60 minute interview with someone, and then someone posting a 30 second clip to highlight something specific they said.

This is a unique crash that should have it's own sift IMO.

They're allowed when the short clip comes first and the compilation second because you're sifting new content. They're not allowed when the compilation is first and the clip is second because that's, well, a dupe.

Dag clearly says this in the conversation I linked to. That the videos being discussed were closer to equal is irrelevant.
