ponceleonYou are doing it wrong.
EnzoblueAfter it dropped I heard the camera guy say "What a shame" then "How they gonna pay em?". Then I realized he wasn't speaking english.
ForgedRealitysays...Yowch. Somebody got fired. The cameraman seems to be saying "motherfucker!"
rougyIt's still good! It's still good!
demon_ixOk. Let's post this as a Submersible Yacht, complete with indoor pool on craigslist.
Lolthiensays...Er.. is it just me or was that not meant to be an actual launch?
PaybackYeah, that's not a failed launch, it's a failed recovery. That was being loaded.
grinterno te puedo creer
~I can't believe it.
handmethekeysyousays...And yet the biggest fail of this video is the camerawork.
KamikazeCricketsays...Srsly, what was the cameraman looking at? It certainly wasn't the boat...
ponceleonActually, "no te puedo creer" translates to "I cannot believe you." I assume he's speaking in reference to the crane operator.
davidraine"Take a $100 bill and hold it over a toilet. Then release the bill and flush it down the toilet. If at any point you make a lunge to recover your $100 bill, you are not ready to own a boat."
-- Dave Barry (paraphrased)
TymbrwulfWords fail me
vairetubehey, he put the approximation tilde by his translation!~~
ponceleonWasn't being mean, just clarifying what it means...
quantumushroomDid this take place on May 5th? I'd heard they were going to sinko de mayo.

They say that the two best days of a boat-owner's life is the day he buys a boat and the day he sells it...
alizarinAnd that's why you get shipping insurance.
grinterno offense taken.. but I still prefer my translation (not a native speaker by the way.. so further corrections are welcome).
He could have said "are you kidding me" in English. In that case the "you" doesn't need to refer to an actual person.

Spanish speaker here, you may prefer it but ponceleon was correct translation-wise.
'I can't believe it' would be = 'No lo puedo creer' which is more common to use, but in this case the guy used 'I cannot believe you' (where 'te' refers to 'you')
You are right in the sense that saying it is almost like saying in English something like 'you got to be kidding me' where the you does not need to be specific.
StormsingerUm, oops! What else is there to say?
demon_ix>> ^Stormsinger:
Um, oops! What else is there to say?
"Yeeeeaaaaa.... We kinda skimped on the whole insurance thingie. Can we make it up to you with a free yacht freighting service?"
brycewi19Ha! Rich people and their problems...they're so relevant!
enoch100 pts for sweet,delicious irony.

I'll give you a hint: it starts with "f".

If someone just dropped my $200k yacht upside down into the ocean, I'd probably forget my film-school training as well.
CrakeReminds me of that Australian Toyota ad.
mickd1337says...At least it floats.
