Yeah... it's that whole "schadenfreude" thing. I was hoping to see some digital dismemberment, just so that the owner learns the harsh lesson that these things don't always make for very good pets.

my bio teacher brought in a MASSIVE one of these once that he found in his back yard. it singlehandedly dispelled the myth that a turtle on it's back can't flip over. pretty funny. also when he was putting it back in the duffel bag he brought it in, it's mouth was WIIIIIDE open and i was sure it was gonna get a finger. it didn't luckily.
