World's Shortest Man: 70 cm Colombian dancer

From YT: 24-year-old Colombian Edward Nino Hernandez has been officially named the world's shortest man by Guinness World Records. He measures just 70.21 cm (27.46ins). The previous titleholder, He Pingping of China, was an inch or so taller and died on March 13, 2010. Nino weighs just 10 kilograms (22 pounds), and, according to his mother, he's not grown since he was 2 years old. It's possible Nino's reign will not be for long as Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal is expected to claim the title when he turns 18 on October 14. He measures about 56 centimetres and is currently recognised as the shortest living teen.
