World's Greatest Dad - HD Trailer (Starring Robin Williams)

Looking forward to this one. "A crazy, foul mouthed comedy that breaks every rule of taste and gets away with it."

Wow, we've found the only person on the planet who liked One Hour Photo.

And this one looks to be just as much of a winner.

If you want to scratch an itch on the back of your head with a shotgun.

Looks like it could actually worth watching. To me Robin Williams is one of those comedians who is only good on the rare occasions when he does a more serious role, and not a wacky mainstream comedy. Bill Murry, Steve Martian, Jim Kerry and Adam Sandler all fall into that category.
Yes Adam Sandler was good in a movie once. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punch-Drunk_Love

Bill Murry, Steve Martian, and Jim Kerry?

You've never heard of those three? They're the off-brand, budget substitutes for the original, funnier comedians. They do bar mitzvah's and play at old-folks homes. Great fun, and they only charge $19/hour.

Ok fine, I liked Good Will Hunting too. What else is there but maudlin shit? Robin Williams for me is usually a cinematic shit magnet.

^ the fisher king, dead poets society, good morning vietnam.

he made a few very good films early on, even if they are a bit soppy. and i agree: one hour photo was surprisingly good, and williams' performance was the best thing in it.

Also, come on, guys, was I the only one who liked Mrs. Doubtfire? Hmm, maybe I should take that back -- but I don't care. I liked it! And I liked Hook! And I liked it when he did the voice of the genie in Aladdin. Did you ever have a friend like moi?

He also did this martian thing from, like, the planet Mindy. I think he aged backwards of something. Oh, and Popeye. He said "shit" in that movie. Do you fucking understand the controversy?!

Heil Smoochy! Heil Smoochy! Heil Smoochy!

Anybody that knows me knows that I'm not a big Robin Williams fan (on stage). However, when there is a director pinning him down and keeping him from flailing around like a retarded kid with ADHD, he does have some decent moments in cinema. I'll give this a shot.

...and let's not forget "Death to Smoochie"
