shogunkaisays...lol. I don't see how it's a fail though, I didn't see him knock it over or anything. Maybe unfortunate?

I think the stocker stands on the bottom shelf to get stuff onto the top shelf. Probably the last bit of warping/overload required to start a tip-over.
flechettesays...No, he's obviously standing on a table when he's stocking. You can see at :39 that he can reach the top shelf without needing to step of the bottom shelf. I think the shelf just failed, not the guy doing stock. I don't think my first response would have been to try to keep the shelving up though, shelves can be quite heavy, especially when loaded with liquids.

Btw thats prolly a 2 foot ladder, stores generally don't have tables around. A table is just shelf space that is missing 7/8ths of capacity.
