If he's part of the conservancy, why isn't he shooting the seal? Then it would tie the game at least.

On occasion at work I'll come across a book on sharks where the cover depicts a still shot of a shark coming up out of the water in pursuit of a seal like in this clip. The seal is flying through the air, just barely out of reach of the shark's jaws and you can see that he's already got a gash on his tail.
The best part is that it's clearly meant to be a book for elementary school libraries.
