Actually, Microsoft's own packaging team commisioned the video. It was only supposed to be an internal thing, but was quickly put on YouTube. Microsoft doesn't seem to care that it's out there, though.

I note that Microsoft haven't really taken this to heart. I'm not impressed by the Vista packaging nor the number of different versions foisted on the public.

its funny because its true. MS and apple come from two diffrent camps when it comes to style and design. I must admit apple seems to win on both counts.
