Doing the manual labor manually!

Unfortunately, those are oil tanks, and there's a good chance there are more pipes like the one directly in front of the excavator under that sand/dirt. What they're doing is actually surprisingly thoughtful and safety-minded for being in a country with, one would assume, very little workers-rights or unionization...
