Wes Anderson's "Spiderman" (spot-on parody)

I bet it'd be more interesting than the Sam Raimi/Tobey Maguire ones!

I feel like applauding that. Hilarious and well-executed.

Seriously, though. Wes Anderson could direct a Spider-Man movie and I'd be all for it. I see no reason why a Spider-Man movie has to be a $200 million dollar global event.

Did anyone here read "Spider-Man's Tangled Web" series circa 2002? It was a series all about the various villains in Spider-Man's life. The tone of most stories combined tragedy with comedy. Like a Wes Anderson movie. Give Wes Anderson $60 million and let him adapt "Flowers for Rhino". I bet it would win a fucking oscar.

See, I upvote because I think this is spot on as I find it highlights all that is wrong in Wes Anderson films. Pretentious and self important...

But there you go... everyone has different tastes
