I think that if we looked at the frequency at which each tag appeared in each channel, "Japan" and "WTF" would be more highly correlated than any other combination (with the possible exception of "The Daily Show" and "Comedy").

Only 2 scoops (included) of water are needed for each tray. The rest is easy to figure out. You mix the powder and water in tray one then put the bendable straw(fishing rod) in the first mixture and sprinkle SOME (not all) of the gummy sugar packet over your straw.
