Weightlifter Abscess from Synthol Injection

So gross. Evidently this guy injected synthetic oil (Synthol) into his bicep to increase its size. This is a highly used method of increasing body builder's size without concomitant muscle mass. The problem is that he used a non-sterile needle for the injection, this is the result of his ineptitude. The fluid coming off the abscess is pus, not simply Synthol.
