Waves freeze as they crashed on the beach in Newfoundland

A very cold day in Newfoundland has waves freezing as they crash on the beach.

likewise. And they're not really waves on a beach. It's an ice-flow caused by wind pushing the frozen lake surface against one edge of the lake, or so I'm told... or perhaps it was a current, I forget. Anyway, who ever posted it before must have used bad tags and a bad title because I can't find it either. Oh well.

[edit:] I was wrong. It is sort of like waves, not wind. The energy from the waves heaves the ice in one direction and it crumples at the shore.
