Anybody else remember the "car of tomorrow" circa '94?

Not only could the Dodge Viper be welded to a driver's mind, fight crime, shoot an EMP, grow bigger tires, grow armor, change color, and change shape... It also had a GRAPPLING HOOK!

If cars were truely this awesome terrorists wouldn't come near us and gas prices would be over $20 a gallon.
