I don't find this particularly shocking, the japanese are all about the breast milk... to further broaden your horizons in this matter I recommend the movie Gozu... it's pretty intense.

Does nobody believe that the Japanese have parody too?!? It's funny as hell, but it's not real!

People are just too ready to believe ANYTHING about Japan.

However to be fair many sarcastic videos and parody videos from the US play as "the real thing" here in Japan. And you hear the same comments here about US videos: "Those wacky Americans......."

And I think it is even funnier when you know that it is the Japanese taking the piss out of themselves.

A little bit of extra information:
The brand of milk (MegMilk) is a real brand in Japan. It was formally known as Snow Brand Milk but had to change their name when they sold bad milk and poisoned over 15000 people in Japan back in 2000. The Japanese have not forgotten and the sales of MegMilk have never really recovered. Which is why I think that they used MegMilk in the parody because it is still considered a fair target in Japan for all kinds of abuse.

The anime footage is in fact from an episode of a TV series (not a hentai surprisingly) called Melody of Oblivion.
