Underwater Tornado in Aruba

YouTube/ja10n:'This is the first time in my life that I saw an underwater "tornado"! There was some current running along the Antilla shipwreck in Aruba. Maybe the current and some countercurrent caused this. Very cool! Just after I put my hand in it, it stopped.'

so to stop tornadoes all you have to do is put your hand in it?

i know what i'm doing this fall in Kansas...they'll call me The Tornado Stopper, I'll have my own show on The Weather Channel...or would they be against that since I'd be preventing their news stories?
