vyka11says...Ridiculous....but would be much cooler if I didn't hate Cristiano Ronaldo so much.
Kallesays...I am worried what will happen to those North korean players when they get home after being destroyed 7:0...

I was wondering what leverage North Korea uses to make sure they even come home. Probably threats against their family
vyka11says...They're probably not even North Korean. Probably another case of Chinese Actors paid to play as North Korean soccer players.

*notdead or whatever its called
pick one:
1) the whole team will be shot right in the airport
2) NK media will claim that their team won the whole world cup
3) 1 AND 2(with another, better looking substitution team)
4) protest to UN claiming that capitalist nations were jamming radio signal to The Dear Leader who was instructing the players on how to play and score goals.

I'll pick 3) hahaha.
ryanbennittsays...I guess that shows what's possible if you don't just fall flat on your face when tripped up, but instead you stumble, recover and retain control of the ball. Most other players would be rolling around on the grass feigning life threatening injury for 30 seconds until the ref shows some sympathy.
entr0pysays...Dude, that gives me a great idea. I know they can't use their hands, but why can't they just carry the ball around on their backs? They could have another teammate kick it up there, catch it with their shoulder blades, hunch forward and carefully lurch towards the goal. There is no downside to this plan, and all perfectly legal.
Gabe_bsays...They held Brazil to 2-1, which was a pretty good result. I guess the NK media will be making more of that than the Portugal game
My SK elementary school students were pretty chuffed about that result though. The next day every class opened with "Teacher, North Korea Portugal...ah... GOOD!"
brycewi19says...*timeshift
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (Timeshift) - requested by brycewi19.
Kreegathsays...Obviously the Portugese team poisoned the North Korean team's food and water before the game. That, and the fact that they bribed the judges, rigged the ball and played with some illegal super shoes made it impossible for the clearly superior North Korean team to win.
MilkmanDansays...Being an ignorant American that doesn't follow football (soccer, whatever), I have still heard the name Ronaldo. But it seems like there are maybe 2 Ronaldos, plus a Ronaldino that are all quite famous? I'm presuming that this guy is one of the famous ones?
yellowcsays...Only problem with all those NK theories is because they were so hyped up from the result of the Brasil match, they decided to broadcast the Portugal game live and made a big fuss about it being live. The excuses would of run pretty thin.
I can't find where I read it but they had some ex-NKs in the know comment about what would happen to those players, I think I remember "severe re-education", it may have been another word but it didn't sound happy. Though don't worry, the coach assured us that nothing would happen to the players
