Train Runs Through Bangkok Market

How hard is real estate to come by where a public market is forced to do this every time a train comes through? What happens if the train shows up a bit early?

yes karaidl the commuter train likes to hunt at 10 12 2 and 6 everyday. often looking through crowded bangkok markets for food.
