Train Coming In A Little Hot

A train with two burning carriages arrived at Retreat train station in Cape Town on Tuesday morning.

Back around 2000 when I was stateside this happened to an MTA train I was on. Standard policy in these situations is to move passengers to un-effected cars. Under no circumstances are they allowed to let passengers off onto the tracks. So they engineer floored it into the next station.
