Looks like the TTC is "finally" getting their shit together. This would have take a couple of years to complete back in the 90s.

In Boston, this would have taken 5-10 years to complete and become an insane traffic nightmare. That's assuming such a project ever got off the ground in the first place.

Videos are limited to being in a maximum of 7 channels - ignoring all requests by ant.

It still took 2 months - I assume they had to wait a while for the lower layer of concrete to cure, which is just a jump cut in the video.
But it's nice to see a sense of urgency by working at night and not wasting time or people.
Here in PA, every PennDOT construction site that I've ever seen has a ratio of 1 guy working to 5 guys standing around.

It's still like that here in Canada...I'd imagine the work would have taken even longer if the workers weren't being filmed.

They must have used a different company than the ones who redid the track out on the Queensway. It was supposed to take the summer to complete it, but ended up taking almost the whole year. Granted, they didn't start digging and replacing the track until about August/September for a project that start in May.
