BicycleRepairMansays...Hmm I have always thought "flea circus" was always just a complete scam where they didnt even have any fleas, but just small machines they told people fleas were operating. Surely the closeups of these fleas is a remarkable achievement given the available camera equipment at the time! I would think it was extremely hard to focus live cameras like that in 56, and also, two or more takes would be really expensive waste of camera rolls. Pretty impressive stuff!
