(youtube) According to a 1992 law, women in New York have the right to go topless anywhere a man can, so long as they're not engaged in commerce. Yet many people still don't know this is legal twenty years after the ruling. This week, on BTR Pulse, Lauren Hawker caught up with Moira Johnston, a female rights activist from Philadelphia who has ditched her shirt to raise awareness about a woman's legal right to be topless in NYC.
