Don't know. It was like a bunch of little cartoon Bukowski's. I imagine WB execs saying "we want you to make an episode that sends a message to the kids about alcohol" and the animators and writers saying "okaaaaaay..."

I'm glad I didn't see this when I was a kid. I used to watch the show and this would've made me want to drink right away. Twice as likely if they just repeated "don't drink!" for 2 minutes straight. Is this *terrible ?

I think this would make any young male want to drink. Who wouldn't want to belch in girl's faces to turn them off? Dress like a cool college kid? Get all giddy and goofy? And get the courage to drive?
I always watched this show at 3:30 after school as a latch key kid. If my parents ever had any alcohol in the house, I would have put it to good use. I don't think there was anything bad about alcohol in the whole episode.
