Rep. Ron Paul, (R-Texas), argues the U.S. should not spend taxpayer money on foreign aid to countries such as Libya and Egypt.

I'm ok with foreign aid especially when it comes to humanitarian aid, we're all on this planet together after all, but we can't buy good relations and times ARE tight now and that money could be put to good use here.

There was a study awhile ago done that show'd the more aid given to a country, the greater the increase of crimes against humanity. Such as torture and massacres and such, like in Central and South America.
