This is how you hand-launch a U-2 after it loses a wheel

The U-2 spy doesn't have normal wheels, instead the plane relies on spindly little pogo wheels that fall away on takeoff, but sometimes they fall off early... here is a guy holding up the wing while the U-2 revs up ready for takeoff (and then trying not to be blown away).
